Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package, and you can request as many revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not required to pay an additional fee if the design concepts are not changed. You will receive your revised Website Design within 48 hours. All website design revisions will be delivered within 24 hours, and all web development revisions will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the revision. Illustrative logos (logos with illustrative elements or illustrated designs) will have a revision turnaround time of 48 hours.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the time in which your design concepts are provided to your account area based on your package purchase. For all new logo orders, the turnaround time is from 24 to a maximum of 48 hours. However, for packages with four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is at least 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Moreover, in the case of new website design (home/index, including revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Please also note that the turnaround time for website development (static websites with 5 to 7 webpages) is between three to five business days. For all orders placed on Friday or Saturday, the delivery time starts from Monday. If you have chosen an illustrative logo (logos with illustrative elements or illustrated design), the first concept will be provided between 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Alfa Imagination's refund policy will be void if:

  • You have chosen an All in one package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You have demanded revisions.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
  • Company's policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund' time span.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind', ‘disagreement with partner' or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not' the entire bundle.
  • No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
  • Refund and revision explicitly does not apply on items offered free.
  • The client will not be entitled to any refund for logo after 30 days, and for website after 90 days, from the date of purchase.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
  • In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

Note: Alfa Imagination holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Alfa Imagination. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Alfa Imagination; the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
